Grants
You may qualify for any of several federal, state, or University funded grants if you meet certain income requirements. To apply for Federal grants and loans or institutionally funded grants and loans based on financial need, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application can be completed online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Federal Pell Grants provide the recipient with a base sum of financial assistance. Such factors as total funds allocated by Congress for federal grant programs, cost of education, and expected family contribution determine the grant amount.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants are funded by the federal government for students with exceptional financial needs. Recipients are also eligible for additional aid from other programs. Priority deadline for applications is February 15.
Ozarks Grants provide varying amounts based on financial need. Priority deadline for applications is February 15.
Sibling Grants provide varying amounts for two or more children from the same family enrolled simultaneously at Ozarks. Priority deadline for applications is March 1.
Alumni Family Grants provide varying amounts for Ozarks students with a parent or grandparent who graduated from Ozarks. Priority deadline for applications is March 1.
